Camphor Laurel Cutting Board Craze

The camphor laurel cutting boards have recently been launched in many areas of South Australia and Victoria and they are selling like hotcakes. Each board is kiln dried before it is individually handcrafted, oiled with grape seed oil, branded and tagged. They make a great gift by themselves or a part of a hamper with cheeses, olives, wine etc. Not only is each board individual in character and grain, they are naturally antibacterial, 100% Australian and environmentally friendly.

Get in quick for Christmas

Dining tables and outdoor settings are always popular this time of year. It is not too late to place your order for Christmas but don’t leave it too much later as we are likely to be swamped with more and more orders the closer it gets to Christmas.

This month’s special

We have a large blue gum coffee table for sale. It is made from a single piece of kiln dried blue gum (approximately 1 metre square) and recycled farm fence posts for the base. It has 2 natural edges on the top and is coated with 3 generous coats of marine grade satin poly (put coffee cups directly on the table). Normally we would sell a table like this for around $1100 inc GST but we need room in the shed so we are selling it for $770 inc GST.
